Qualifications

• Must have 5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Previous experience in Facilities Management is a plus.
• PASMA & IPAF certifications are desirable.
• IET 18th edition certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Fault-finding and repair of air conditioning systems and refrigeration units.
• Maintain F-Gas logbooks accurately.
• Carry out installation and commissioning of A/C systems.
• Oversee subcontractor work on site.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
