Job summary

Imagination, London, is seeking a Senior 3D Designer to lead the spatial design of live events, exhibitions, launches and brand experiences for Ford accounts. You will take ideas from concept through delivery, working with strategists, 2D creatives, producers and technical teams.

Bring advanced CAD and visualization skills, mentor junior team members, and help raise the creative standard while building strong client relationships and delivering memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven agency experience across exhibitions, events, and brand experiences.
• Strong conceptual thinking with ability to shape ideas from concept to delivery.
• Collaborative, mentor to junior team and strong client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Shape creative ideas with strategists and multidisciplinary team.
• Lead projects from a spatial design perspective.
• Produce sketches and diagrams to communicate concepts.
• Create atmospheric visualisations and animations using lighting and materials.
• Collaborate with production teams and contractors to realise concepts on-site.
• Deliver detailed technical drawings within site, construction and budget constraints.
• Mentor junior team members with clear direction and feedback.
• Present ideas and narratives with confidence to clients.
• Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Ensure delivery aligns with brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
