A growing Managed Service Provider in the UK is seeking a proactive 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to manage escalations from the 1st line team and provide technical support. The role offers exposure to a variety of technologies and opportunities for career progression in a supportive team environment. You will troubleshoot complex issues across Microsoft 365, Intune, and other IT systems. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online and Teams.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure and Intune.
  • Understanding of DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the escalation point for 1st line tickets.
  • Provide 2nd line support for internal IT systems.
  • Deliver support to external MSP clients.
