Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a technical support role, ideally at 2nd Line level.
  • Solid understanding of networking including WAN/LAN and connectivity devices.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service to a wide range of clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level technical support to clients on a range of issues.
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and the escalation point for junior engineers.
  • Work towards individual and team KPIs.
