Job summary

Keys Education is seeking a SENDCo for Robins Nest School in Gailey, West Midlands. The role includes leading SEND provision, coordinating EHCP reviews, and ensuring inclusive practice across KS2/KS3. It carries a teaching commitment of up to 0.4 and requires an accredited SENDCo qualification with QTS or QTLS.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate SEND provision across the school.
Complete Annual, Interim and Emergency Reviews of EHCPs in line with SEND code of practice.
Oversee the looked after pupils within the school and provide guidance to staff and parents.
Advise on budget and resources to meet pupils’ needs and support staff development.
Promote inclusion and ensure access to the curriculum within KS2/KS3.
Lead on interventions and ensure quality assurance of teaching and learning in SEND.
