SENse Learning is hiring SEND Tutors to support children and young people with SEND/SEMH needs across KS1–KS5 in a trauma-informed, pupil-centred way.

Roles include in-person, online/remote, and hybrid tutoring with flexible hours and a collaborative team. You will engage with families, schools and local authorities to tailor bespoke learning plans and track progress.

Qualifications

• 2+ years post-NQT teaching experience, ideally with SEND/SEMH/MLD/SLD/PMLD in a holistic approach.
• QTS / QTLS required and Enhanced DBS
• Child-centred, holistic teaching approach with creativity to tailor curriculum
• UK-based with right to work; safeguarding knowledge essential

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with children and young people with SEND/SEMH needs.
• Provide in-person, online/remote and hybrid tutoring and mentoring.
• Plan and report lessons; give regular feedback on student progress; tailor delivery to EHCP needs.
