AP Education is seeking dedicated SEMH Tutors for 1:1 support in Suffolk, offering up to 10 hours weekly, term-time only. You will work with learners with complex needs including SEMH, ACEs, Autism, and related conditions, providing personalised, therapeutic education and precise progress reporting.
You should have experience with SEND/SEMH settings, strong communication, and a compassionate, proactive attitude.

AP Education is pleased to collaborate with local authorities in delivering customised 1:1 Alternative Provision for children and young people who are unable to access a mainstream education setting. We seek dedicated SEMH Tutors, SEMH Teachers, and HLTAs in Suffolk and the surrounding regions.
You will be supporting learners with a range of complex needs, including but not limited to:
SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health)
ACE's (Adverse Childhood Experiences)
Autism
EBSA (Emotionally Based School Avoidance)
SpLD (Specific Learning Difficulties)
MLD (Moderate Learning Difficulties)
