Job summary

Targeted Provision is seeking SEND Tutors and Teachers to transform lives of young people with SEND and SEMH needs across the UK. Roles are available on a self-employed basis with opportunities for in-person, hybrid, or remote tuition, including KS1 to KS5 support as appropriate for your skills.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years teaching experience, familiarity with English, Maths, or Science, and hold QTS or QTLS.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or PMLD in a trauma-informed way.
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.

Responsibilities

• Provide in person, online/remote, and hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science to children and young people with SEND/SEMH needs.
• Support pupils referred by local authorities and schools with flexible tutoring and mentoring.
• Plan and report lessons and provide feedback on student progress.
• Contribute to raising education standards for SEND and SEMH.
