If you’re a compassionate, experienced teacher who thrives on meaningful work, this is your chance to teach with purpose and flexibility.

Why Join Us?
  • Make a lasting impact on vulnerable learners in alternative provision and beyond.

What You’ll Get:
  • Competitive hourly pay: £20–£25 (holiday pay inclusive)
  • Flexible hours: part-time to full-time options that fit your lifestyle
  • Access to 100+ CPD courses to grow your skills

  • A role in a child-centred organisation reimagining education for vulnerable youth
What We’re Looking For:
  • 2+ years of teaching experience, ideally with SEND/SEMH learners
  • Confidence teaching Maths, English, or Science
  • QTS or QTLS certification
  • Enhanced DBS (we can help you obtain one) and 2+ professional references
  • Strong safeguarding knowledge and a commitment to safe learning environments
Your Role:
