An educational support agency in South Gloucestershire is seeking a compassionate teaching assistant to support children with additional needs. The role requires working 5 days a week during term time, with responsibilities including supporting students 1:1 and in groups. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in child support and hold an up-to-date DBS. This position offers specialized training and mentoring, alongside a transparent PAYE payroll system.

As a teaching assistant, you will have the opportunity to work closely with young people, encouraging them to learn and challenge themselves. A compassionate and patient approach is essential, as well as the ability to establish trusting relationships with students to encourage their academic and personal development.

Pay – Five Education operates a PAYE payroll; this is the most transparent way to be paid with no hidden fees such as admin fee or employer's NI. Please note pay rate is for illustration and does include holiday pay.
