This role is ideal for those passionate about child development, neurodiversity, and mental health.

You will support children with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASD), Global Developmental Delay (GDD), and Speech and Language challenges.

Weekly Pay: Competitive daily rates of £88.92 - £100 , paid every Friday via Randstad.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you aren't just an extra pair of hands; you are a child's advocate and guide.

Personalised 1:1 Support: Implement tailored activities to meet EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan) targets, ensuring the curriculum is accessible and fun.

Sensory & Visual Learning: Utilise creative tools such as PECS (Picture Exchange Communication System), "Now & Next" boards, and sensory breaks to reduce anxiety and promote engagement.

Holistic Care: Support children with social skills, emotional regulation, and personal care needs where required (full training provided). Collaborative Support: Work closely with the Class Teacher and SENCO to create a safe, inclusive, and high‑energy learning environment.
