SEND Teaching Assistant - PMLD & Complex Needs

Location: Doncaster
Salary: £83-£100 per day, paid weekly via PAYE
Contract: Full-time, long-term
Start date: Immediate

Looking for a role that really matters? We're working with a specialist school supporting pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD) and complex medical and physical needs. They're looking for a compassionate, resilient SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team full-time.

This is a hands‑on role where your support genuinely changes lives. No two days are the same, but every day comes with purpose, progress, and plenty of heart.

What your days will look like

• Supporting pupils with complex learning, physical, and medical needs
• Assisting with personal care, mobility, and feeding routines
• Using specialist equipment and communication tools, with full training provided
• Creating a calm, safe, and sensory-rich environment where pupils can thrive
