OFG Education in Meadows View School, Stamford, Lincolnshire is hiring a SEND Teaching Assistant to support students with SEND, including complex needs, across class and enrichment activities.

You'll help pupils access learning, provide emotional and practical support, and foster independence and social development within a collaborative team. This permanent, term-time role starts in November 2026 and offers a structured environment with safeguarding commitments.

Qualifications

• Supporting children and young people with SEND, including complex needs, to access learning and achieve personal goals.
• Assisting with engaging classroom, outdoor and enrichment activities tailored to individual needs.
• Providing emotional, behavioural and practical support to help pupils feel safe, valued and understood.
• Encouraging independence, communication, positive relationships and social development.
