TeacherActive are looking for an enthusiastic and professional SEND Teaching Assistant for Specialist SEND College in Liverpool. We are looking for an SEND Teaching Assistant who has experience working in the education sector and has great classroom management skills. The role commands a certain level of flexibility as you may be in classes that vary in size, ability and age.

You will be able to work full time or part time with roles ranging from daily bookings to long term assignments depending on your personal preference of working hours.

As an SEND Teaching Assistant you will require the following:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • At least 6 months experience within an educational environment
  • The ability to support pupils on a 1-1 basis
  • A passion for making a difference to young people's learning
