• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficient in using assistive technologies and digital resources.
• Qualification in Teaching Assistant, Learning Support, or a related field is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and small-group support to SEND students
• Assist with the implementation of individualised education plans
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student support
• Facilitate learning activities and reinforce concepts to help students progress
• Adapt teaching materials and resources to meet the unique needs of SEND students
• Monitor and record student progress, maintaining detailed records
• Promote the inclusion and participation of SEND students in all aspects of school life
