Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a passion for supporting learners.
• Interest in SEND and inclusive education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Available to work five days per week during school hours.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with additional learning needs on a 1:1 or small group basis.
• Create an engaging, inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers to implement learning plans and support strategies.
• Promote pupil confidence, independence and personal development.
