Job summary

All Saints Catholic College is offering a fixed-term position from as soon as possible at the start of the 2026-2027 academic year until 4 June 2027. You will work 31 hours 40 minutes per week during term time, with hours: Mon and Fri 8.45am-3.15pm, Tue-Thu 8.45am-3.45pm.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and capable of supporting learning and building positive relationships with children with a range of needs, under the guidance of the SENDCo and teaching staff, assisting planning,

Qualifications

• Experience of working with children in a school environment with literacy and numeracy skills to support students.
• Experience of supporting students with emotional and social needs would be an advantage.
• Ideal for those wishing to pursue a career in education with a SEND focus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, preparation and delivery of learning activities.
• Monitor students and assess, record and report on achievement and progress.
• Work under the guidance of the SENDCo and teaching staff.
