About Us

As a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU), we work with students who have been excluded or are at risk of exclusion from mainstream schools due to challenging behaviour. We follow the national curriculum, focusing on rebuilding confidence, developing skills, and unlocking pupils' potential in an inclusive setting.

Your Responsibilities
  • Support learning: Assist students in accessing the curriculum, overcoming barriers with patience and creativity.
  • Promote growth: Build strong relationships to foster resilience, self-esteem, and social skills.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with teachers, therapists, and families to create individual support plans.
  • Stay adaptable: Respond to behavioural challenges with empathy and understanding.
Candidate Requirements

We are looking for someone who is calm, compassionate, and committed to transforming lives. You should be a team player with experience working with SEMH pupils or willing to learn. A positive role model who can inspire confidence and trust in students.
