Job summary

The Futures Trust's Camp Hill Primary School is inviting applications for an enthusiastic Level 3 SEND Teaching Assistant Apprentice. You will support pupils with SEND, enabling their access to learning alongside teachers and staff.

This 18‑month apprenticeship offers full training and support, with a National Apprenticeship Wage and a 37‑hour week (Mon–Thu 8.00–4.00, Fri 8.00–3.30) and 39 weeks per year. DBS checks apply.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship in Level 3 SEND Teaching Assistant role.
• Willingness to complete training and DBS check as part of the programme.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with SEND to access learning and participate in activities.
• Work closely with teachers and support staff to foster confidence and independence.
• Assist with planning and delivering learning activities under supervision.

Opportunity

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, nurturing and positive Level 3 SEND Teaching Assistant Apprentice to support pupils with SEND in achieving their full potential.

Working closely with teachers and support staff, you will help pupils access learning, develop confidence and thrive within a supportive school environment.

This 18-month apprenticeship is ideal for someone starting their career, changing career, or looking to gain valuable experience in education. Full training and support will be provided throughout the programme. We welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds.
