Teaching Personnel is recruiting a compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school in Tonbridge, Kent, supporting children with profound, severe and complex learning needs. Start date ASAP / ongoing; full-time contract; driving license desirable.

You will work closely with teachers and therapists, assist with personalised learning, encourage communication and independence, and help create a safe, inclusive learning environment across the school day. Training provided.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working with children is highly desirable, especially with SEND.
• Ideally a driving License
• Caring, patient and resilient approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Genuine passion for supporting children and young people
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues
• Relevant qualifications or training are advantageous but not essential

Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a compassionate and dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school in Tonbridge, Kent, supporting children and young people with profound, severe and complex learning needs.

This is a highly rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children with additional needs. The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff and therapists to support pupils both inside and outside the classroom.
