SEND Teacher - Secondary - Complex and Moderate Learning Needs

Are you a dedicated Teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people with additional needs? This welcoming and well-resourced special school in the Solihull area is looking for a passionate SEND Teacher to join their team, teaching secondary-aged pupils with a range of complex and moderate learning needs. Responsibilities
  • Teaching small groups of secondary-aged pupils with a range of SEND, including MLD and complex needs.
  • Creating engaging and accessible lessons that promote confidence and progress.
  • Working closely with Teaching Assistants to deliver personalised learning and support.
  • Building positive relationships with pupils, families, and external professionals.
  • Promoting a safe, caring, and inclusive learning environment where every pupil can thrive.
