Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? Aspire People is recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant school community in B92 Solihull.

Role: SEND Teaching Assistant

Location: B92 Solihull

Hours: Full-Time / Part-Time

Start Date: ASAP

Rates of Pay: £80-£105 (Day rate)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to children with SEND.
• Support teachers in delivering tailored learning plans for SEND students.
• Assist with classroom management and promote a positive learning environment.
• Encourage and support students\' independence and social development.
• Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for students.

What We\'re Looking For

• Experience in supporting children with SEND (desirable but not essential).
• A positive, patient, and empathetic approach to working with children.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• A commitment to supporting the learning and development of children with SEND.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or SEND-related qualifications) are an advantage.
