Hours: 35 hours per week (Term time + INSET days)
Salary: L6 SCP 21–25 (FTE £32,115 – £35,235)
As a SEND Support Officer in this specialist Luton school you will support members of the to build their confidence and expertise in working with learners with SEND, you will play a key role in embedding inclusive practices across all areas of school life.
Although this is a non-teaching position in Luton, it requires strong knowledge of SEND processes, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to build positive, professional relationships.
The successful candidate will be supported in the education and training environment by a passionate, caring, and committed team who are dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for every student.
