Job summary

Tripod Partners is seeking a SEND Project Manager to lead complex education projects within a local authority SEND framework. The role is hybrid with two days in the Nottingham office, coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines and ensuring compliance across activities.

The position offers a £500 daily rate for a four‑month contract with potential extension, supported by a dedicated consultant, DBS/compliance service, CV review, interview guidance and reliable payroll support.

Qualifications

• Experience of managing complex projects or programmes in education.
• Experience working in a local authority SEND system or ability to acquire quickly.
• Excellent organisational, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to tailor messages to different audiences.
• Ability to analyse data, manage risks and track performance.

Job Requirements:

• Experience of managing complex projects or programmes in education Experience working in a local authority SEND system. Knowledge of SEND legislation, policy and system challenges (or ability to acquire quickly). Excellent organisational, planning and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to tailor messages to different audiences. Ability to analyse data, manage risks and track performance. Ability to work at pace in a complex, high-profile environment.
