Bedford Borough Council is delivering an ambitious SEND transformation programme, bringing together education, health and care partners to improve outcomes for children and young people with SEND.

We are seeking an experienced Manager for SEND Programme to lead this work and shape strategic change across the local area with the Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes ICB to deliver the Local SEND Reform Plan.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams, oversee the Local Offer and SENDIASS, champion co-production with children, young people and families.
• Collaborate with Bedford Borough Council, ICB and senior leaders to deliver the Local SEND Reform Plan and Joint SEND Strategy.
