Job summary

Nurtured Childcare is hiring an SEND Practitioner to support young children in a warm, caring environment. You will build bonds with children and families, act as a key person, and deliver play-based learning under EYFS. You will be supported by experienced room leaders and opportunities to gain qualifications.

Join a nurturing team and help children grow with guidance from managers and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Early Years qualification and genuine passion for working with young children.
• Caring, patient and nurturing approach with ability to build relationships.
• Commitment to safeguarding and DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Build warm, nurturing relationships with children and families.
• Act as key person, guiding and supporting each child daily.
• Create engaging, age-appropriate experiences supporting development.
• Follow EYFS curriculum and deliver high-quality learning experiences.
• Observe, document and share children's learning with parents.
