Cheshire East Council is seeking a dedicated professional to support children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). You will deliver high-quality statutory assessments and develop EHCPs that make a difference, while managing a caseload and collaborating with families, schools, and professionals to secure the right support.
You will be involved in coproduction meetings, annual reviews, and liaison across education, health and social care to ensure quality plans
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate professional to support children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) across the Local Authority. In this rewarding role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality statutory assessments and developing impactful Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) that truly make a difference.
You will manage a caseload of children and young people, working closely with families, schools, and professionals to ensure the right support is in place for every individual to thrive.
