An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of our centrally based, SEND Placement Team.

The core aim of this role is to provide the best outcomes for children and young people with special educational needs and disability.

We are looking for a passionate person with excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure and provide attention to detail to improve the outcomes for children and young people in Bristol.

As a SEND Placements Officer, you will play a key role in the referral and placement searching process of independent non‑maintained schools, colleges, and specialist services. Developing and maintaining positive relationships with providers is an essential part of the role and involves meeting with key people within internal teams as well as other agencies and providers.
