Protocol Education Ltd is recruiting Learning Support Assistants to join an outstanding college in Kingston upon Thames, starting September 2026. You will support students in numeracy, literacy, cooking, and language development, either one-to-one or in small groups, to help them progress and stay engaged in learning.

Job description

Protocol Education are currently recruiting learning support assistants to work in an outstanding college in Kingston to start in September 2026. Our schools are recruiting teaching assistants with/without experience who are passionate in working with students with special needs on a one to one basis or within a small class. We are currently looking for people that are keen in making a positive difference to students learning and development and enjoy the opportunity to be trained in the role. The role will be be working with students on a one to one basis or within a class where you will work collaboratively with the team. As a teaching assistant you will be supporting students in numeracy, literacy, cooking, hand eye coordination, speech & language and recreational activities such as cooking, sports, music & art. This school are recruiting immediately and throughout the term.

The role:

• Located in Kingston Upon Thames, London
• Full time - Monday to Thursday
