Job summary

Axcis Education Recruitment seeks an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist primary setting in Hampton, TW14. This full-time, term-time role supports children with SEND in a nurturing school environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience supporting children or young people with SEND.
• Experience working with pupils with ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs, or complex needs.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND.
• Support children with Autism (ASD), ADHD, communication needs, and learning difficulties.
• Assist pupils in accessing lessons and engaging with classroom activities.
• Support emotional regulation, social interaction, and independence skills.
• Implement behaviour support strategies and personalised learning plans.
