Are you a compassionate, dedicated, and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant looking for your next rewarding role? We are working with a respected specialist setting in the Wolverhampton area seeking a skilled practitioner to join their supportive team.

About the Role:

We are looking for an SEN TA with experience supporting children and young people with a range of additional needs including ASD, communication difficulties, complex learning needs, and SEMH. You will work closely with class teachers and other support staff to create an inclusive, positive learning environment where every pupil can thrive.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Providing 1:1 and small-group support tailored to individual needs
  • Assisting with personalised learning plans and behaviour support strategies
  • Helping to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment
  • Supporting pupils with communication, emotional regulation, and independence skills
  • Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and wider support teams
What We're Looking For:
  • SEN experience is essential
  • Ideally Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent)
  • A patient, resilient, and empathetic approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with pupils who have diverse needs
