What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing tailored 1:1 support for pupils with a range of additional needs (including EHCPs)
• Creating safe, trusting environments where children can grow in confidence and independence
• Supporting both academic learning and social-emotional development throughout the school day
• Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and families to ensure consistent, positive progress

What We’re Looking For

• Level 2 qualification (or above) in Learning Support or equivalent experience
• Proven ability to support pupils with SEND in primary settings
• Calm, patient, and nurturing approach with strong emotional intelligence
• Confidence using positive behaviour support and de-escalation strategies
• Enhanced Child-Only DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
