Job summary

TailorEDucation is seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs across Kent and Medway. The role offers flexible 3-5 day work weeks and ongoing, long-term placements in inclusive schools.

Ideal candidates will hold a SEND-related qualification and demonstrate strong communication skills, with experience in supporting SEND pupils. Competitive daily rates apply, with access to CPD training and dedicated consultant support.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with additional needs in flexible, part-time to-3-5 days per week scheduling.
• Assist with learning activities and classroom routines as part of TailorEDucation’s partner schools in Kent and Medway.
