Qualifications

• At least Level 2 qualification in an UK-recognised early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of EYFS.
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
• Experience working with children with SEND requirements.

• Assist children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) to engage fully in learning and reach their potential
• Work closely with families, staff and external agencies to create tailored support plans that meet each child’s needs

What a SEND Early Years Educator needs
