Job summary

Kids Planet Day Nurseries Limited in Penwortham, Lancashire, is recruiting for a SEND Early Years Educator on a fixed-term contract. You will support children with SEND to engage in learning and work with families and agencies to tailor support plans, ensuring an inclusive and nurturing environment for all children.

The role requires a UK Level 2 early years qualification, strong EYFS knowledge, safeguarding expertise, and experience with SEND.

Qualifications

• Must be at least Level 2 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of EYFS.
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
• Experience of working with children with SEND requirements.
• Based at Penwortham, Lancashire if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist children with SEND to engage fully in learning and reach their potential.
• Work closely with families, staff and external agencies to create tailored support plans.
• Promote an inclusive, nurturing environment where every child feels valued and able to thrive.
