Vision for Education is recruiting Care to Classroom Support Workers to work across SEND settings in Birmingham. You will support pupils with personal care, behaviour management, and classroom participation, helping create a safe and inclusive learning environment.

We welcome applicants with care or support experience and a calm, proactive approach. A passion for helping children with SEND is essential; DBS checks and references will be processed for successful candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience in care, residential or support settings.
• Ability to support personal care.
