Job summary

Randstad Education is looking for a Classroom Support Assistant to join an award-winning specialist school in Pulborough, England. This full-time, permanent position involves working closely with students aged 2-19 with complex Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), providing individualized support and holistic care.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate with therapists and educators to create an engaging learning environment. Previous experience in childcare or school support is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in childcare, care, or school support is preferred.
• SEND experience is a bonus, but not essential.
• Must have valid eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Working 1:1 or in small groups to support students with their education.
