Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the provision for pupils with SEND across the school.
• Work closely with teachers, support staff and external agencies to develop tailored interventions.
• Oversee the assessment, monitoring and review of pupils with additional needs.
• Ensure statutory responsibilities are met, including maintaining and reviewing EHCPs.
• Provide guidance, training and support to staff to develop inclusive classroom practice.
• Build strong, positive relationships with parents and carers, ensuring clear communication and collaborative working.
• Contribute to whole-school development with a focus on inclusion, wellbeing and achievement.

• Proven experience working with pupils with a diverse range of needs in a primary setting.
