EduTalent Group are supporting an established grammar school in West Kent to appoint an experienced and outstanding SENCO to lead their SEND Department. This is a unique opportunity to oversee and develop SEND provision across multiple campuses, working with highly able students in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the operational lead for SEND across the school.
  • Coordinate the day-to-day management of SEND policy and individual provision for students with SEN or disabilities.
  • Provide professional guidance to teaching staff, collaborating closely with colleagues, parents, and external agencies.
  • Ensure high-quality teaching standards and effective use of resources to achieve positive student outcomes.
  • Support the development of SEND Hubs on both campuses, offering sensory spaces for students to self-regulate in a calm environment.
Requirements
