Young Giants is a specialist AP tuition service, operating in term-time. We believe that every child, if given the right support, can thrive academically and reach their full potential. That's why we never refuse a referral, no matter how complex the case.

Our tutors are at the heart of the operation, delivering these programmes straight to learners. We work hard to create a supportive and collaborative working environment for our tutors, which we’re proud to say has led to exceptionally high staff retention rates.

The Role

You’ll use your relevant knowledge and experience to deliver bespoke 1:1 tuition sessions to our learners with SEND, including Autism, ADHD and SEMH.

Sessions will always take place during the day, according to fixed timetables, either in a learner’s home or local community venue.

More specifically, you will:

  • Teach Maths and/or English for KS1 / KS2 / KS3 / KS4 , plus additional subjects based on your specialism.
  • Use creative, engaging educational approaches tailored to each learner’s interests.
  • Build positive relationships and foster confidence in our learners.
