Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Ability to liaise with SENCO and parents/guardians about pupil's progress.
• Passionate about teaching and working with children.

Responsibilities

• Assess individual educational needs and create personalized learning plans.
• Provide educational support and guidance including tutoring and homework help.
• Work closely with foster carers to meet educational needs.
• Build positive relationships and provide emotional support.
• Monitor progress and provide feedback to caregivers and school staff.

Skills

QTS/ PGCE / A relevant teaching qualification

Passion for work with children with SEN needs

Understand the complexities around SEND

Experience in SEN setting, especially with ASD, DLD, ADHD
