Are you an experienced education professional looking for a rewarding role? Prospero Teaching have multiple opportunities for Tutors to support young people in the Littlehampton area. This is your chance to make a real difference in learners' lives.

About the Role

You will provide personalised tuition to students who may face additional challenges, including:

• SEN (Special Educational Needs)
• SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health)
• Trauma
• Risk of Permanent Exclusion (PEX)

Your sessions will help learners build confidence, engage positively, and achieve academic success.

As a Tutor, you will:

• Deliver tailored lessons to meet individual learning needs
• Support emotional well-being and encourage positive engagement
• Work 1:1 or in small groups, adapting strategies for complex needs
• Track progress and share feedback with parents and schools
• Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

About you:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in UK schools in roles such as Tutor, Teacher, Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, ELSA, or 1:1 support
• Experience working with learners with additional needs
• Strong communication and organisational skills
