Job summary

A leading educational services provider in North West Leicestershire is seeking dedicated SEN Tutors to deliver 1:1 tuition to pupils with Special Educational Needs. This temporary position offers flexible hours ranging from 2 to 15 hours per week based on pupil needs. Successful applicants will need appropriate qualifications, experience with SEN, and a commitment to improving learning outcomes. All necessary training and DBS checks will be provided.

Job description

We are seeking dedicated, compassionate, and experienced SEN Tutors to work with pupils across Leicestershire. All learners referred to us have Special Educational Needs and are currently working below Age Related Expectations, so we're looking for tutors who can deliver personalised, engaging, and supportive learning sessions.

About the Role
  • Deliver 1:1 tuition sessions in the pupil's home or a local library
  • Plan and prepare tailored lessons that meet each pupil's individual needs
  • Provide clear, structured support to help pupils develop confidence and make progress
  • Travel is required to various locations across Leicestershire
Hours & Pay

Referrals range from 2 to 15 hours per week, depending on pupil needs.

Flexible working hours based on your availability.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
