An educational staffing agency in the UK is looking for a compassionate SEN Tutor to work with primary-age students with special educational needs across South Oxford and surrounding areas. The role involves delivering personalized learning sessions at home or school, assessing individual needs, and building strong relationships. Ideal candidates should have QTS or extensive tutoring experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to helping children thrive. This is a temporary role with the potential for permanence.
SEN Tutor – South Oxford (OX4) & Surrounding Areas
Hourly Rate: £20–£30
Locations: South Oxford (OX4), plus areas such as Abingdon, Didcot, Wantage, and Wallingford
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Tutor to support primary-age students with a range of special educational needs across South Oxford and nearby areas.
You will deliver 1:1 personalised learning sessions in the student’s home, a local venue, or their school. You’ll be responsible for building strong, supportive relationships, assessing each learner’s individual needs, and planning a tailored scheme of work to help them progress academically, emotionally, and socially.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
