Job summary

Remedy Tutors is seeking a compassionate SEN Tutor to provide one-to-one tuition in Bexley for children and young people needing additional support with Maths and English.

You'll adapt lessons to individual learning profiles, help students overcome barriers, and build confidence through flexible hours (0-40 hours per week) and ongoing opportunities within Remedy Tutors.

Qualifications

• Ability to teach Maths and English is essential.
• SEN/SEND experience is desirable.
• Patient, flexible and supportive teaching style.
• Ability to motivate students and adapt to their needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualised tuition in both Maths and English.

Deliver Tuition That Reflects Individual Needs

Remedy Tutors is looking for compassionate and committed SEN Tutors to provide one-to-one tuition to children and young people who need additional support with their education.

Students may have autism, ADHD, dyslexia, SEMH needs, communication difficulties or other barriers affecting their learning. Some may have fallen behind academically or require a more flexible approach than a traditional classroom can provide.

You'll adapt your teaching to the student, helping them develop Maths and English skills while building confidence and engagement.
