Exeter and North Devon Colleges Group is seeking a passionate trainee teacher to support young people with high needs in North Devon. You don’t need a teaching qualification to start; you’ll receive mentoring, on-the-job training, a reduced timetable and a clear Development Track leading to a Level 3 Teaching Award and eventually a Cert Ed.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate with a passion for SEN or related experience.
• Experience supporting teenagers with mental health, learning or behavioural difficulties.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
