Job summary

The Supply Register is recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across Lincolnshire in partnership with the Lincoln Anglican Academy Trust. Opportunities available on day-to-day, short-term and long-term basis with flexible supply.

You will assist pupils with additional needs, help them access learning, and work with SEND and EHCPs. Competitive pay, CPD opportunities, and support from your Partnership Manager are provided.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with children or young people is essential.
  • SEN experience is desirable but not required.
  • You should be patient, caring and proactive.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important.
  • An enhanced DBS via the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) is preferred.

About the Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll support pupils with additional needs, helping them access learning, develop confidence, and achieve their full potential.

Duties may include:
  • 1:1 support for individual pupils
  • Small-group interventions
  • Classroom support
  • Supporting pupils with SEND and EHCPs
