Location: Wakefield
Pay rate: Upto £110 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: January 2026
Contract type -Day-to-day/ Long-term, Full-time/ Part-time

GSL Education are recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to work within schools within Wakefield, providing vital one-to-one and small group support to pupils with Special Educational Needs.

As SEN (Special Educational Needs) Teaching Assistants, you will help students access the curriculum, build confidence, and develop skills in a nurturing and structured environment. Your role will be essential in promoting independence and positive learning outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Support pupils with SEN in classroom and small-group settings.
  • Assist teachers in delivering lessons tailored to individual needs.
  • Encourage students’ social, emotional, and academic development.
