TimePlan Education is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant in Aylesbury to support children with complex needs in a specialist school. The role is full-time during term time, with a focus on helping pupils with communication, engagement and learning activities, both in and out of the classroom.

A patient, energetic and caring attitude is essential to build rapport and support wellbeing on a daily basis.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting pupils with complex SEN needs both in and out of the classroom
• Helping children with communication, engagement and learning activities
• Providing personal care where required
• Encouraging independence and confidence
• Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils
• Working closely with teachers and other support staff to provide the best possible care and learning environment
