Role: SEN Teaching Assistant - South Birmingham

Pay: 95 - 105

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? We're looking for dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to work in a variety of Primary schools across south Birmingham.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in supporting children with additional needs such as autism, global developmental delay, or communication and sensory difficulties. You will play a vital role in helping pupils achieve their individual learning and personal development goals.

The role
  • Support pupils with a range of SEN needs, including autism, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties.
  • Work closely with teachers to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to help students achieve their full potential.
What we're looking for
  • Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN in a classroom environment.
  • A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
